Booking Cancellation

If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, they must contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Policy
Consultation charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds may take 7–15 business days to process.
Service Rescheduling

Customers may request rescheduling based on priest availability and ritual schedules.

Non-Attendance

No refund shall be provided if the customer fails to attend the scheduled service without prior notice.
